This was my very first project back in September/November. Up to this time, I had only knitted practice swatches. I had never knitted anything useful and was just SO excited to finally have something to show for all of my hard work!

This bag was knitted using Noro Kureyon #88. I believe this is a discontinued color. I bought up all I could from my yarn store and then even bid on some from eBay . . which I won.
Currently, I'm working on a much larger version for my new sister-in-law, Sue, using Cascade 220 Tweed #7637. Purple is her favorite color . . so I'm hoping she'll love this tote!
